This cute little wagon with a 4 cylinder diesel and 6-speed got us 6.6 liters per 100 km which is around 40 miles per gallon. Not bad! Diesel is relatively cheap here in Yurrupm less than a Euro per liter ($4.00-$5.00/gallon) versus 1 Euro 20 cents for gasoline ($6.00-$7.00/gal)
